By accessing or using TaskOrderOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

TaskOrderOS is a program management and delivery visibility platform. The hosted version is provided for unclassified commercial use. Private deployment options are available for enterprise engagements under separate agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations, and reviewing all AI-generated content before external distribution.

4. AI-Generated Content

TaskOrderOS uses AI to assist with note parsing, extraction, and report drafting. All AI-generated outputs are provided as drafts and require human review and approval before external use. TaskOrderOS does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund policies are outlined in your subscription agreement.

6. Limitations

TaskOrderOS does not replace contracting authority, COR authority, or contractual oversight responsibilities. The hosted version does not operate on classified systems and makes no claims regarding government compliance certifications unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskOrderOS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
